APPOINTMENT TIME
To start your profile, provide Dr. Skeen with your:
-Name, Email and Phone Number
Dr. Skeen will set your appointment time and you can expect the first visit to last 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours depending on history and exam findings.

PAPERWORK
Dr. Skeen will email the New Patient History paperwork to the email provided. Please have this filled our prior to your appointment.
** If you do not have an email, please show up 20 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out in office**

X-RAYS
If you have had X-Rays or MRI of your spine, please bring in the images and reports for your appointment so Dr. Skeen can review the alignment for a more precise adjustment. Depending on history and systems review in the initial exam, a referral for imaging may be needed before proceeding with adjustments.
